The Truffle Cutting Board was selected among the best finalist projects of the “New Design 2013 – Miur” Competition with the theme “Innovating traditions between sustainability and experimentation”.

Exhibited in Venice during the Biennale at the Convitto Foscarini, the Truffle Cutting Board represents the local Piedmontese tradition, for its shape and its local materials, and sustainability as an object made with virgin materials that are easily recyclable at the end of their life (wood and steel).

A “Made in Italy” accessory that recalls the elegance and sinuous shape of the Monferrato hills, and its complete kit of accessories for the preparation and consumption of the Truffle.
