The Bachelor’s Degree Thesis theme reflects the quote from Carta Etica del Packaging “Packaging is sustainable if designed holistically“, as the solution proposed for the e-commerce world, for the horizontal marketplace, proposes a new system for the entire life cycle of packaging.

The project involves the optimization of the shape and use of raw materials (paper and cardboard), logistics and interaction of storage workers, parcel sorting, couriers and the end user. The systemic proposal in fact considers the collaboration of all the actors involved in such a way as to make the packaging have little impact in environmental, economic and social terms.

Finally, the reference packaging is composed of an internal protective compartment and an external box for transport. The intelligent and customizable label is applied to the external surface to guarantee the privacy and security of sensitive data.
