Service design analyzes people’s needs and existing processes to define solutions that improve the experience in physical and digital terms. The goal is to optimize the efficiency and quality of the service by reducing costs, environmental and social impacts. Development can integrate multiple aspects ranging from the territorial tourism system, to the interaction of a digital application, an information path in order to enhance the resources of the territory.
